Cancellation Policy

**Parenting Coaching Service: Cancellation Policy** We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session. To ensure a fair and efficient service for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Notice:** - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least **24 hours in advance** to avoid any fees. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability. 2. **Late Cancellations:** - Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** before a scheduled session will incur a **50% charge** of the session fee. - In the case of a **no-show** or if a client misses the session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. 3. **Rescheduling:** - If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least **24 hours in advance**. If rescheduling occurs within the 24-hour window, a **50% charge** of the session fee will apply. 4. **Refund Policy:** - If you choose to cancel your **12-session package** before completing all sessions, a **partial refund** may be provided, based on the sessions already completed. Refunds will not be issued for sessions that have already taken place. 5. **Exceptions:** - We understand that emergencies happen, and we may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises, and we will work with you to find a solution. 6. **Missed Sessions:** - All sessions must be used within a **6-month period** from the start of the package. After this period, any unused sessions will expire. By scheduling your sessions with us, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
